1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the marketplace: email address, country, listing information, offer messages, and payment records for subscriptions. We do not collect or store payment card details — Stripe handles all billing.

2. Verified Seller KYC

For the Verified Seller badge, we collect identity documents (ID, selfie, address proof). These are stored in encrypted private storage, visible only to our admin review team. They are deleted upon account closure.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate your account, process subscriptions, show your listings, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage tracking (no cookies required). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you close your account. KYC documents are deleted on account closure. Aggregated analytics data has no expiry.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@cardseeker.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
