Terms of Service

1. Connector Marketplace

CardSeeker is a connector marketplace. We facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers of trading cards across the GCC. We do not process payments, hold inventory, or guarantee transactions. All trades are settled directly between buyers and sellers off-platform.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition, grade, and seller price. Listings must not contain counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items. CardSeeker reserves the right to remove any listing at any time.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before agreeing to a trade. CardSeeker does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or value of any listed card.

4. Connector Model — No Card Transaction Handling

CardSeeker does not process payments for card sales, hold funds, or provide transaction dispute resolution for card trades. We are a connector service: buyers and sellers contact each other through our platform, then complete the trade off-platform.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions, verified seller badges, and listing boosts are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Content

Users may not list counterfeit cards, stolen property, or items prohibited under UAE, Saudi, or other applicable GCC laws. Violations may result in account suspension.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
